Avas' Blessing Day

Just had to share some pics from the day of Avas' Blessing, from yesterday! What a delightful and beautoful day it was too. The service for Ava went extremely well and Ava looked absolutely gorgeous in her little Blessing Dress. Pics of this are in the post above! We couldn't have asked for better weather either, it was glorious for the time we had the service and the time we had everyone at ours for a in house lunch, champagne and cake! We are ever so proud of our darling daughter Ava and, this day is one truly to remember for forever and ever!

New Home Card

I made this New Home card for the monthly card swap hosted over on the Crafts Beautiful Forum. This was the September card swap which came to a tie with Number card also but, I preferredto do a New Home card!. This I sent onto the lovely 2belle aka Isabelle which she really likes and, I enclosed a RAK for her too! I thoroughly enjoyed making this card although took me a who;le evening to do as I had a bit of crafters block. For the techniques used it would have taken me 25 minutes to make but, there wa sme spending hours on deciding what to do and colours to use.

Card and Orders

This Stargazer Lily Card was given to me by my Bestest Craft Friend, whom I met throught the Crafts Beautiful "meet a mate" column! Lisa, has been through quite a lot recently, personally, and has not been able to reply to my last letter for quite some time but, that's totally understandable what she has gone through in the last year!. Anyway, I received this beautiful decoupaged card from Lisa along with a lovely long letter! I was touche dby this card and the design on it is my avourite flower in the world! Don't know what I would do without my dear best friend! She has been a star to me and such a brilliant friend too! The friendship is strong and we love writing to one another when we can! I am vey thankful for this touching and warming card and letter.

These Decoupage sheets od designs are a recent order I made from Crafty Ideas by Kaz! I found these only just by clicking the advert for her craft website on the CB forum! I am so glad I did this because these designs are just remarkable. I have started cutting someout but, they are taking quite some time. I am really looking forward to making some pretty cards with these and look forward to sharing my makes with you.

Luckydawn RAK

In popped a parcel through my letterbox from the lovely Luckydawn over on the Crafts Beautiful Forum! Even though I knew she had posted something in the post to me this was so unexpecting and such a remarkable surprise! I was touched by he thoughtfullness and the card and RAK of craft materials was veryvery very generous of Dawn. Above shows a picture of her 3D decoupage card she made me and, Below is a pic of the lovely craft materials she sent me! Wasn't this just sweeet of Dawn!??! Thanx again darlin', the card sits in pride in our cabinet in our lounge!

Card Peek and Ava Brooke

Over on the Crafts Beautiful Forum there is a monthly card swap being held and this september month tied with New Home and Number (Age) Card. I chose to do a New Home card as I have this new stamp which I have not used till now! Such a beautiful image it is too and has a beautiful effect when used! I just had to hare these really really really cute pictures of my beautiful darling daughter, Ava Brooke! These were taken last week on a very very sunny and warm day! Bless her, she is not one for sitting in her Bumbo seat but, she is gradually getting use to it! I just LOVE these pics.....she just looks soooooo adoreable and cuddly! Love all my cuddles ith her.

September Bookmark

Just wanted to show you a pek into my September Bookmark Swap for the monthly swap being held over on the Crafts Beautiful Forum hosted by the lovely LittleMe aka Susie Little! This was a bit of a hallenge for me as not a very autumn coloured person so, it was interesting!
